i no u can become a tattoo underage in Flordia WITH parents consent BUT i accept a friend who is xvi & she has 2 tattoos bcuz she got them done in ARGENTINA! in other countries like Argentine republic & all, they dnt ask iv permission & shes hiden it from her parents iv about almost two yrs now! simply, im xvi & i have permission2 become a tattoo & honestly i wanna wait, bcuz our bodies r still growing...meet, ive washed my enquiry & the thng is, we're yet growing & our tattoo would look sooo weird wen u abound, i mean, my friends 1st tattoo is already starting 2 "alter" a lil...but my point is, there r places dat'll practice information technology, & basically most places wont! but FL u need permission, Argentina u dnt...so unless u wanna wing all the way ii argentina 4 a tattoo?...HAVE FUN SEARCHING! And 4 ppl who desire piercing witout permission ... if u live on Long Island similar me, u can go to Jamaica Ave cuz i got a piercing on my back there witout permission [its a surface piercing, ALL surface piercings r 'temporary'] anyway, if not, buy a self piercing kit on E-Bay or sumtin!!Take FUN!

Okay I'1000 13 (turning 14 in July) and since I was 11 I wanted a Tattoo, I had picked out a pattern and have been wanting the same tattoo since then, so I have the whole "Only wait while in example you change your mind" I know all about the screw ups that can happen and am willing to run a risk it, I had gotten my belly button band when I was 12 and don't regret it in the least. I can come across why 11 was Mode to young, simply effectually 14 and over till xviii should be able to get i with parental consent, or take the parent there (my mom'south cool, she really WANTS me to get one, we wont talk near what my dad thinks) anyways information technology merely depends on what type of person your talking to, some people are good decision makers, some aren't. Anyways I still want one and was wondering is anyone knows where to get one at my age in Canada (Vancouver, Vernon, Panticton, or Princeton)those are the just identify'southward I can go. I institute a buch of states that allow nether-age tattoing without parent consent. they are: Oregon, North Dakota, Oklahoma, New Jersey, New Hapshire, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas, Hawaii, and Alaska. if you found a tattoo parlor that won't do under-historic period tattos w/o parent consent, then information technology's just that particular parolor's rules. just try around to other places in these states. i am going to Jersey to get my tattoo done (im 16) without my parents consent.

hey everyone. i was almost sixteen when i got my first tattoo. i got my boyfriends name on me, tyson, and tyson got my name on him. I dont regret this at all although i do understand the laws.. y'all may really want a tattoo at xiii, but downwardly the runway you may not want information technology anymore, though that is the case with adults, besides.. just that it seems to be the younger you are (and this isn't all cases, dont get me incorrect) the less mature you are, and you dont tend to really know what you desire.. you're all the same at an historic period where you lot swap and change what you like and dont similar. As well, if you lot really want that tattoo that you'll have for the residuum of your life, yous shouldn't have any problems waiting a couple of years for it... Plus, your peel volition stretch as you grow and misconstrue the tattoo, especially if you get it when you lot're in your early teens when your body is doing alot of its growing and shape changing. I got my tattoo done on a vacation in canada when i was staying with my boyfriends family. He had no bug getting a tattoo, since he was 21, merely i was nearly 16 and i couldn't apply his parent for parental permission... luckily his brother knew a guy who has his own tattoo studio and would tattoo me.. he figured he may also practice information technology for a friend and i was going back to commonwealth of australia in a few weeks anyhow.. and he seemed to have no problem breaking the law, lol he was convicted of manslaughter in the past. Anywho.. If you lot really want that tattoo.. give it a few years... If y'all're willing to have that blueprint on you for 70 or and then years.. so waiting 2 or iii years shouldn't bother you. Besides.. over that time your body will have done majority of its growing, and you may take found a way to ameliorate your design.

From an aspiring tattoo creative person, you guys accept all proven to me that the minimum age SHOULD be 18, you all are immature and only want tattoos that will get you attending (east.yard. Playboy bunny, cherries etc.). Trust me, if you are 12 and you become a tattoo on you hip of a playboy bunny, when yous hit puberty and you lot start to grow into a young women, that Playboy bunny won't be then cute anymore. It'll be a grey blob and you will spend thousands of dollars and painful hours getting it removed by lasers. My advice is, when you are 17, and y'all know of something you want, wait a year, and if you still want information technology, then go for it.

I read that the governor of Jersey signed a constabulary maxim a parent has to exist present while tattooing. And then thats where im going. Here: Acting New Jersey governor DeFrancesco has signed legislation to require parental consent before minors tin be tattooed or have parts of their bodies pierced. Parlors could face penalties for non-compliance. The new law makes it a disorderly person criminal offence in New Jersey to body-pierce or tattoo a minor, 17 years of age or nether without a parent'south prior consent. Conviction is punishable by a jail term of up to vi months and a fine of $1,000. The sponsor, Land Senator Joe Palaia, says the procedure is pocket-sized surgery and can issue in permanent damage to the torso. He says that's why parental guidance is needed: "If they want to go a tattoo, one, they accept to get parental consent. 2, the parent has to be there during the tattooing." Palaia says parents tin assistance protect their sons or daughters from making compulsive decisions which they may later regret.

I'm sixteen years old turning 17 in a couple of months and I've decided to become a tattoo but that's because i'grand near the stop of puberty. You're underraged for a reason. It'southward for your wellness and personal well-being. Employment is very difficult to obtain if yous have a visible tattoo because people automatically stereotype you. Getting a tattoo to impress boys/girls and friends at school is the stupidest of reasons. You won't even know them in your time to come, No matter how many times you say "friends forever" To get this direct out. Unless the tattoo parlor is unlicenced, then you can get a tattoo in MOST areas with parental permission at xvi. Once y'all turn 18, you practice non need parental permission. As bad every bit you desire the tattoo at present and you're unable to obtain the parental permission simply wait a couple of years. It'due south for your own practiced. Your parents will need to back-trail yous when yous get the tattoo besides. Tattoo removal is very very plush, so don't use that as whatever alibi for making a decision that could brand or intermission your life. Too, make the tattoos subtle.
